Hi! My name is Tamara Leszner-Rovet, and I am the owner of Tamara's Piano Studio and Music Therapy Services. I provide services in my home studio, or in the comfort of your own home.

I hold an Associateship in Piano Performance from the Royal Conservatory of Toronto (A.R.C.T.), and I am a Registered Music Teacher (R.M.T.) in accordance with the standards of the Ontario Registered Music Teachers’ Association (O.R.M.T.A.). I hold an Honours Bachelor of Music Therapy Degree with Internship (B.M.T.) from the University of Windsor, and I am also an Accredited Music Therapist (M.T.A.) in accordance with the standards of the Canadian Association for Music Therapy (C.A.M.T.).

I have been teaching piano to children, adolescents, and adults since 1998, and I warmly welcome individuals with special needs. 

In my music therapy practice, I specialize in working with children and adolescents with additional needs.  Music therapy provides clients with additional needs an alternative and effective venue for achieving therapeutic goals while enhancing quality of life.

As a piano teacher and as a music therapist, I believe that music should be accessible to people of all ages and abilities, and I derive great pleasure from sharing my love of music with my students and clients.  My ultimate goal is for each student and client to have fun while having an enjoyable and enriching experience!
